Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), Global Crossing Local Services, Inc. and Global Crossing Telemanagement, Inc. (“Global Crossing”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated October 18, 2003 (“Agreement”) to be effective March 11, 2005.
