We have expressed interest in partnering with Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (“BPC”) for providing Operation and Maintenance Services and Marine Services for the Installation of Single Point Mooring (SPM) with Double Pipeline System at Kutubdia – Moheshkhali, Cox Bazar, Bangladesh (the “Project”). As BPC and its Representatives will provide and make available to us information in connection with the Project, which we understand will be made available to us following receipt by BPC of this undertaking, we agree as follows:
