This Sherborn Square Tax Increment Financing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of 2018 by and between the Town of Sherborn, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with offices at 19 Washington Street, Sherborn, MA 01770 (the “Town”) and Barsky Estate Realty Trust, a (together with its successors and assigns, the “Developer”), with a business address of PO Box 826, Natick, MA 01760 (the Town and the Developer may be referred to collectively hereafter as the “Parties”)
