This Continuing Disclosure Agreement (the “Disclosure Agreement”) is executed and delivered by the County of San Diego, California (the “County”) and acknowledged and agreed to by Digital Assurance Certification, L.L.C., as dissemination agent (the “Dissemination Agent”) in connection with the execution and delivery of its Refunding Certificates of Participation, Series 2025 (County Operations Center) (the “Series 2025 Certificates”). The Series 2025 Certificates are being executed and delivered pursuant to a Trust Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2025 (the “Trust Agreement”), by and among Zions Bancorporation, National Association, as trustee, the County and the San Diego County Capital Asset Leasing Corporation.
