THIS THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the date last written on the signature page, by and between STONE RIDGE TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) acting for and on behalf of each series listed on Exhibit A hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Custodian”). STONE RIDGE ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, (the “Adviser”) is a party hereto with respect to only Articles VII, IX, and X of this Agreement.
