This College and Career Access Pathways Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 4th day of June (“Commencement Date”), by and between the LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, a community college district duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“LACCD”), and the Palisades Charter High School, a school district duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“PCHS”).
