As authorized by Ordinance No. , this Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective on March 10, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Portland (“City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, and Parkrose NPI ("Grantee"), a 501c3 nonprofit organization of the State of Oregon, by and through their duly authorized representatives. This Agreement may refer to the City and Grantee individually as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
