This Affiliation and Program Agreement for Course Experience (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, (hereinafter “County”), and Houston Community College, a public community college district organized under Chapter 130 of the Texas Education Code, whose main office address is at 3100 Main Street, Houston, Texas 77002 and an institution of higher learning in the State of Texas (hereinafter “School”). Hereinafter, singularly, the “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties.”
