Pursuant to the authority granted to me under G.S. 115C-218.15(c) as the North Carolina State Superintendent of Public Instruction and pursuant to the action of the Charter Schools Review Board (hereinafter referred to as “CSRB”)/the North Carolina State Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as “SBE”) (choose applicable agency action) hereby enter into and execute this agreement, on behalf of the State of North Carolina, with (hereinafter referred to as “the Nonprofit”) to operate , a Public Charter School.
