Health District (“Provider”), each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties,” enter into the following contract for services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 771 or 791 of the Texas Government Code, as applicable. This contract is funded through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health Act of 2000 (BEACH Act, PL 106-284).
