Puget Sound Energy, Inc. (PSE) will provide up to $XXX to XXXX (Recipient), located at [address] for [project name] (Project), upon completion of the Project and confirmation that all award recipient requirements have been met. As between PSE and Recipient, and except as otherwise expressly set forth in the Schedule, Recipient is responsible, during the term of this Grant Funding Agreement (Agreement), for providing, installing, and maintaining the Project Equipment and all other equipment and items for which PSE pays to Recipient any monetary amounts under this Agreement.
