The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to and are incorporated by reference into the Collective Reciprocal Association Agreement separately executed between the parties (the “Agreement”) in order to associate for the purposes of collectively cultivating, processing, manufacturing, transporting, distributing and dispensing marijuana for medical purposes, in accordance with the California Medical Marijuana Program Act (California Health and Safety Code §§ 11362.7 et seq.)
