THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into this June 17, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Alamogordo Public Schools (“District”), a New Mexico public school district, whose address is 1211 Hawaii Ave, Alamogordo, New Mexico, Jaramillo Accounting Group (“Contractor”), a Limited Liability Company (LLC) with its principal place of business at 4700 Lincoln Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 (herein referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”).
