THIS MASTER COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (this "Master Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Cooperative Council of Governments, Inc. (“CCOG”), Lenovo Global Technology, Inc. (the “Winning Supplier”), and Equalis Group (“Equalis Group”). Throughout this Master Agreement, CCOG, Winning Supplier, and Equalis Group are referred to interchangeably as in the singular “Party” or in the plural “Parties.”
