This is a legal Agreement between you, the eligible Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts identified in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document, and eTRANSERVICES Corp., regarding Your use of the UDPaaS Platform/Software as a Service. The core of UDPaaS is the SmartSimple platform that is licensed to and operated by eTRANSERVICES Corp. Your use of UDPaaS and or its No Code / Low Code applications or services available is subject to (a) all applicable federal laws and regulations, (b) Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements, and (c) to this Agreement, including any future modifications that are agreed upon by both parties in writing (collectively, the "Agreement"), even if you or your Agency have another agreement in place with eTRANSERVICES.
