THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 9th day of February 2020, between Atlanta Cricket Fields, LLC (“COMPANY”) and “Atlanta Cricket League” ("LICENSEE") (a non-profit organization formed to develop recreational cricket in Metro Atlanta) for the use of the facility hereinafter defined.
