A G R E E M E N TCollective Bargaining Agreement • February 19th, 2025
This Agreement is entered into between the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Ashland, Massachusetts by and through its Town Manager (hereinafter referred to as the “Town”) and the Massachusetts Laborers District Council in behalf of Local Union 1156, Laborers International Union of North America, AFL-CIO (hereinafter called the “Union”) to provide for stable conditions of employment for those covered by the Agreement to establish procedures for the adjustment of disputes which may arise between the Town and Union or those represented by the Union. The term “employee” as used in this Agreement shall mean any person employed by the Town under the terms of this Agreement.
