THIS FACILITIES LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “License” or “Agreement”) is made as of the latter of the dates accompanying the signatures below, but effective as of July 1, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE CATHOLIC BISHOP OF CHICAGO, an Illinois Corporation Sole (“Licensor”) and the BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, a body politic and corporate (“Licensee”).
