This Education Services Staffing Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into this July 1, 2023, by and between Unified School District No. 500 located at 2010 N 59th St. Kansas City, Kansas 66104, referred to in this Agreement as “Customer,” and Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc., a Maryland Corporation including its affiliates and subsidiaries, with an office located at 9239 West Center Rd, Omaha, NE, 68124, United States of America referred to in this Agreement as “Maxim.”
