This Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement for Consultant Services (“Amendment”) is entered by and between the City of Morro Bay, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Rincon Consultants, Inc., a California corporation (“Consultant”), effective as of August , 2024 (the “Effective Date”). City and Consultant are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
