THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, (hereinafter referred to as the “Lease”) made and entered into this day of , 2016, by and between RIVIERA BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a body corporate and politic created pursuant to Chapter 163, Part III, Florida Statutes, (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord” or “Agency”) and the CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH, a Florida municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City” or “Tenant”).
