On the terms set forth below and to the full extent reflected herein, plaintiff Mark Nilchian (“Named Plaintiff” “Plaintiff” or “Nilchian”), on the one hand, and Defendant Raw Farm, LLC f/k/a Organic Pastures Dairy Company, LLC (“RAW FARM”), on the other, enter this Settlement Agreement to effect, among other things, a full and final settlement, release and dismissal with prejudice of all claims against RAW FARM alleged in the case captioned Mark Nilchian v. Organic Pastures Dairy Company, LLC, Superior Court of California, County of Orange, Civil Complex Center, Case No. 30-2020-01166856-CU-MC- CXC (filed October 23, 2020). Capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Section II of this Settlement Agreement.
