IRREVOCABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONSCharter Agreement • August 3rd, 2023
The Charter Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Charter T&C’s”) are an integral part of the agreement between CULLINAN PRIVATE JETS CORP, (hereinafter “CULLINAN”) and The Charterer, (hereinafter The “Customer”); Wherein CULLINAN, in consultation with the Company’s International Accredited Charter Partners and/or Fractional JET Owners (IACP&FJO - who are active members of The National Business Aviation Association - www.nbaa.org), provide one or more Charter Flights for The Customer, any amendment or variation of the Charter T&C ́s are only valid if such variation or amendment has been confirmed by CULLINAN, in consultation with the IACP&FJO. The said confirmation MUST be issued in writing to make it official, legitimate and legal.
