This Settlement Agreement and Releases (“Settlement” or “Agreement”),1 dated as of July 22, 2020, is entered into by Plaintiff Vicki Ostendorf, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and Defendants Grange Indemnity Insurance Company, Grange Insurance Company (f/k/a Grange Mutual Casualty Company), Grange Property and Casualty, and Trustgard Insurance Company. Plaintiff and Grange are each individually a “Party” and are collectively the “Parties.” The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the Action, subject to Final Approval, as defined below, by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
