THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the date of the last signature below by and between THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA (University), on behalf of its Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and its Center for Companion Animal Health and its Koret Shelter Medicine Program (the Facility) and CITY OF LOS ANGELES through its Department of Animal Services (Client or City).
