THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease Agreement”) executed and entered into as of February 1, 2016, is by and between the CITY OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY (the “City”), a municipal corporation and general law city duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the Constitution and laws of the State of California, as lessee, and the FOUNTAIN VALLEY PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY (the “Authority”), a joint exercise of powers entity duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, as lessor.
