This Grant Agreement executed by the State Water Board on October 26, 2022, is hereby amended as of May 15, 2023, to increase the Research Funding Amount, revise the Research Completion Date, Final Reimbursement Request Date, Records Retention End Date, the body of the agreement, and Exhibits A and B (deletions shown as stricken and revisions bold and underlined). Except as noted herein all other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
