This Agreement shall be for the purpose of creating an ongoing mutual collaboration between NASA GRC and the Greater Cleveland Partnership ("GCP") to interject NASA awareness, knowledge and expertise within the greater Cleveland metropolitan area. This collaboration will enhance the transfer of NASA knowledge to Clevelanders supporting business innovation and growth in our region. These efforts will aid regional economic benefit, civic engagement and the development of projects of mutual benefit. This activity will benefit NASA's mission by ensuring that technology, knowledge, and expertise developed for exploration and discovery are broadly available to the public.
