This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Elijah Gonzales (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), by and through Settlement Class Counsel (as defined below), and Defendant DP Brokerage, Inc. (“Defendant” or “DP Brokerage”), in order to effect a full and final settlement and dismissal with prejudice of all claims against DP Brokerage alleged in the action Gonzalez v. DP Brokerage, Inc., Case No. 2023-ca 008754 (4th Judicial Circuit, Duval Cty.) (the “Action” or “Lawsuit”).
