This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of July 2023 by and between the City of West Hollywood, a municipal corporation, 8300 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90069 (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) and Hathaway- Sycamores, a non-profit organization, 840 N Avenue 66, Los Angeles, CA 90042 (hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”).
