THIS AGREEMENT {"Agreement") dated July 19, 2022 is made and entered into by and between the owner, City of Maryville, TN ("Owner"), of the buildings commonly known as the City of Maryville Municipal Building (414 West Broadway Avenue, Maryville, TN 37801) and the City of Maryville Operations Center and Fleet Services Building (332 Home Avenue, Maryville, TN 37801), the Broadway Parking Garage (102 W. Broadway Avenue/120 W. Church Street, Maryville, TN 37801), and the Harper l Parking Garage (200 W. Harper Street, Maryville, TN 37801) (the "Buildings") and J T of Knoxville, Inc. dfb/a ServiceMaster Contract Cleaning Service ("Contractor").
