THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions under which SGPMX LIMITED (Business Registration No. 70002286), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong ("SGPMX") will grant you membership to SGPMX Limited ("Membership"). By applying to SGPMX to be a member using the prescribed form entitled "Membership Application", you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions set out below.
