All parties to this contract expressly waive all objections to personal jurisdiction and agree that they shall submit to personal jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of North Carolina, County of Mecklenburg and / or the Federal Courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. All parties to this contract expressly agree that any dispute between the parties concerning this agreement or the services provided herein shall come within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of North Carolina, County of Mecklenburg, and that any dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement or related to any matter which is the subject of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
