This Authorized Participant Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of ____________, is entered into by and between ____________ (the “Authorized Participant”), WGC USA Asset Management Company, LLC, as sponsor (the “Sponsor”) of the World Gold Trust (the “Trust”) and each series of the Trust listed on Annex A hereto (each, a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”), and BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, a division of The Bank of New York Mellon (the “Administrator”), as administrator of the Trust and each Fund.
