THIS TRUST AGREEMENT (this “Trust Agreement”), dated as of 1, 2019, is by and among WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as Trustee (the “Trustee”), the INLAND EMPIRE PUBLIC FACILITIES CORPORATION, a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Corporation”), and the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a county and political subdivision of the State of California organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “County”).
