Each Scope of Work and/or Quotation (as defined herein) issued by Novus Insight, Inc. (“Novus Insight”) is an offer to sell Products and/or Services (as herein defined) to purchaser (“Customer”) and includes, is governed by, and Customer agrees to be bound by, this Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”). Novus Insight’s Scope of Work and/or Quotation and this Agreement shall be deemed accepted by Customer upon Novus Insight’s receipt of a purchase order or a signed Scope of Work. Acceptance of Novus Insight’s Scope of Work and/or Quotation and this Agreement is expressly limited to the terms contained in the Scope of Work and/or Quotation and this Agreement.
