This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into by and between Doña Ana County, hereinafter referred to as “DAC”, and Otero County, hereinafter referred to as “Otero”, which governs the provision of emergency medical services to Chaparral, New Mexico by American Medical Response (AMR), and payment for such services by Otero.
