This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between SIEMBRA MOBILE, INC (“Company”) residing at 485 Lausen Mall, Stanford CA 94305 (mailing 400 Racquet Landing, Aptos CA 95003) and Santa Barbara Unified School District located at 720 Santa Barbara St. | Santa Barbara, CA 93101, hereinafter referred to as the “DISTRICT.” The Parties are desirous to enter an understanding to provide Siembra's College Connect mobile application using a customized mobile platform. The goal is to bring solutions that will have a positive impact of increasing the number of Students into college.
