This Agreement for Interconnection and Parallel Operation of Distributed Generation (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into the date indicated above between EASTERN ILLINI ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., (hereinafter referred to as “Cooperative”), an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, and , (hereinafter referred to as “Member/Owner”), a Member/Owner of the Cooperative currently receiving electric service from the Cooperative at map location , each of which may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” or both referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
