This Agreement is entered into between the State of Florida, Department of Commerce (“Commerce”), and North Central Florida Workforce Development Board, d/b/a CareerSource North Central Florida (“Board” or “Subrecipient”). Commerce and the Board are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
