This LogRhythm Global End User License Agreement, which incorporates the applicable attached Schedules and any Statements of Work and Orders agreed by the parties (“Agreement”), is a legal agreement between LogRhythm, Inc. (“LogRhythm”) and the business entitythat you (“You”) are acting on behalf of (“Customer”) as the purchaser of the LogRhythm hardware, services and/or the end user of the LogRhythm software accompanying this Agreement, which includes the object code version of the software and may include associated media, printed materials and documentation.
