(the “Effective Date”), between Rice Telecom Corporation (“CLEC Party” or "CLECP"), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 634 Mt. Airy Road, New Windsor, NY 12553, and Verizon New York Inc. (“Verizon”), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 140 West Street, New York, NY 10007 (Verizon and CLEC Party or CLECP may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
