This Community School Contract (the "Contract") is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3314 of the Ohio Revised Code effective July 1, 2013, by and between the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation (hereinafter the "SPONSOR") and the Governing Authority (hereinafter the "GOVERNING AUTHORITY") of Sciotoville Elementary Academy, located at 5523 Third Street, Sciotoville, Ohio 45662 (hereinafter the "Community School").
