This Contract Amendment to Contract No. 80101500-20-1 (“Contract”) is made by the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and TransPro Consulting, LLC (“Contractor”), with its principal place of business located at 11935 PASCO TRAILS BLVD, SPRING HILL, FL 34610, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
