RESTRICTIONS ("Declaration") is made and entered into this day of April, 2020 by and between Red Shamrock 12, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Shamrock") and United Supermarkets, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company ("United"). United and Shamrock, together with their respective successors and assigns, are hereinafter sometimes referred to each as an "Owner" and collectively "Owners".
