THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of , 2023, by and between the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, party of the first part, hereinafter called the "CITY" and PROFESSIONAL ENGI NEERING CONSULTANTS, INC., party of the second part, hereinafter called the "CONSULTANT".
