This AGREEMENT No. 13484.24 is made and entered into on October 14, 2024, between SOUTHWESTERN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”, and Blue Coast Consulting, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”. The DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT are sometimes referred to herein as a “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES”. This AGREEMENT is made with reference to the following facts:
