Torrent Power Limited- Distribution (TPL-D), a unit of Torrent Power Limited incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 having its registered Office at “Samanvay”, 600 Tapovan, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad 380015 (hereinafter referred to as “TPL-D” or "Power Procurer", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its successors and assignees) as party of first part.
