This Agreement for Professional Services for a City Attorney (the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this 28th day of April, 2016, to establish and set forth the terms of the employment of DONALD S. GLYWASKY as the City Attorney for the City of Galveston, Texas. The Agreement is by and between the City of Galveston, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipality with a principal office at 823 Rosenberg, Galveston, Texas 77550 (the “City”), and Donald S. Glywasky, an individual (the “City Attorney”).
