These Standard Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern and are incorporated into each Sales Order entered into by Centage Corporation (“Centage,” “we,” “our” or “us”) and customers (each a “Customer,” “you” or “your”) for Centage’s Planning Maestro Service, Budget Maestro Service or Analytics Maestro Service (each, a “Service”). Each Sales Order, these Terms and the Service Level Agreement for the Service (“SLA”) are collectively referred to herein as this “Agreement”.
